Line 1 - One of the largest large-part batch booth & cure ovens in the Midwest. Part sizes up to 10' wide x 8' tall x 45' long.
Weight capacity of 12,000 lbs featuring Nordson Sure Coat & Nordson's Newest Prodigy Powder Guns
Line 2 - Indexing conveyor line with Reclaim Powder Booth & 600 degree Cure Oven. Part profile is 24" x 42". Small liquid
booth for High Temperature Ceramic Coatings good for up to 2000 degrees.
Line 3 - 5 Stage Iron Phosphate pre-cleaning system (featuring a Gardacid Stage for treating Lazar cut edges). R/O Final
Rinse. Part profile 36" wide x 48" tall. 650 ft of heavy duty conveyor running variable speed from 0 to 6 ft a minute. Nordson
cartridge Powder Booth, with 2 Nordson Sure Coat powder guns. 12' IR oven for cure boost and 120' of convection gas cure
oven. This is all a straight line operation with no turns through the pretreatment, powder booth, and cure ovens.
Line 4 - BRAND NEW (12-01-06) Large Part Batch Standard Tool cross draft powder booth, Nordson Sure Coat powder
guns, Rapid Cure Oven, with part capabilities of 8' wide x 9' tall x 30' long. With weight capacity of 12,000 lbs. Parts for this
line are blasted or steam cleaned with iron phosphate or both.

hybrid, urethane, TGIC polyester, wrinkles, textures, rivers, and special effects powders.
