Whether its 1000F or 2000F, RML Inc. Premier Powder coating is the ceramic coating to fit your specifications. Many
coatings claim to be capable of operating at high temperatures, however most often these coatings fail as temperatures
exceed 1000F. All Cerakote coatings are stable over 1000F, while many of our Ultra Performance Satin Metallics are
stable over 2000F.
Cerakote Ultra Performance Satin Metallics are coating compositions formulated for protection of metal components
against high temperature oxidation as well as providing thermal insulation. These coatings maintain excellent adhesion
even after exposure to extreme cyclic temperatures. These coatings offer excellent color stability as well as superb
thermal shock resistance.
Ultra Performance Satin Metallic Coatings are vastly superior to high temperature silicone and aluminum ceramic
coatings. As extreme temperatures are reached, our Ultra Performance Satin Metallics will flux, becoming harder and
more abrasion resistant, unlike silicone coatings that chalk and loose adhesion at constant extreme temperatures.
Independent Dyno testing on exhaust header applications show that Ultra Performance Satin Metallics outperform
polished aluminum ceramics by 6-8 percent.
